Refund Policy
At Dem Sugar Creative Branding, we pour immense time, creative energy, and technical resources into every project we take on. Because our multidisciplinary design services are highly customized and demand immediate resource allocation, we have structured our refund policy to be transparent, fair, and protective of the creative process.
We want you to feel completely confident in our creative partnership. After paying your initial project deposit or starting a new subscription, you have a 24-hour grace period. If you experience a sudden change of plans or decide not to move forward within this specific 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.
To secure your spot in our schedule and allow our design team to dive fully into your brand identity or UI/UX build, we require a 50% upfront deposit for custom projects.
Once the 24-hour grace period has passed and actual design work or strategy has commenced, this 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable. This policy ensures our agency is compensated for the immediate time, research, and scheduling resources dedicated to your brand.
Our design process includes built-in revision rounds to ensure we are perfectly aligned with your vision. If we reach the end of the project and you are truly unsatisfied with the creative direction—despite our collaborative efforts—we will waive your final 50% payment.
However, once you authorize the final payment, it serves as your official stamp of approval. Releasing the final payment confirms you are completely satisfied with the deliverables. Once this final payment is made and the raw files are handed over, the project is disqualified from any refund requests.
If you are on one of our ongoing design subscriptions, you may cancel or pause your membership at any time via your Stripe billing portal.

Cancellations: When you cancel, you will continue to receive design services until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for partially used subscription months.

Pauses: If your subscription remains paused for more than six (6) consecutive months without an approved extension, the project will be officially closed, and any prior payments will be forfeited.
