At Dem Sugar Creative Branding, we occasionally offer premium digital products, including UI kits, design templates, Notion dashboards, and digital guides, designed to help you elevate your brand independently. Because of the nature of these digital assets, they are governed by the specific terms outlined below.
Unlike physical goods or custom services, digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." Once you have purchased, downloaded, or accessed a digital file or template link from Dem Sugar, the sale is considered final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital downloads or template purchases. We highly recommend reading the full product description and software requirements carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the item fits your needs.
Upon completing your purchase, your digital products will be delivered instantly. Depending on the item, you will receive either:

A direct download link on the checkout confirmation page.

An email containing a secure link to download your zipped files.

A direct link to duplicate a Notion workspace into your own account.
Please ensure you enter your email address correctly at checkout. We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately, as download links may expire after a certain period or a set number of downloads.

When you purchase a digital product from Dem Sugar, you are purchasing a specific license to use the item, not the intellectual property itself. Dem Sugar retains all copyrights to our digital templates and assets.

What you CAN do: You may use our templates and UI kits to build and design projects for your own personal brand or your business. You may customize the colors, typography, and layouts to suit your needs.

What you CANNOT do: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, distributing, or sub-licensing the raw, editable source files. You may not claim our templates or designs as your own original work, and you cannot repackage our digital items to sell them as competing templates.

We test all of our digital products rigorously to ensure they work seamlessly.

Corrupted Files: If you receive a corrupted file or experience a technical glitch that prevents you from downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will manually send you a fresh copy.

Software Knowledge: Our digital templates are intended for users who have a basic understanding of the software required to open them (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, WIX, or Notion). While we provide basic instructions or documentation with most of our products, Dem Sugar is not responsible for providing one-on-one software training or troubleshooting third-party platform issues.
