Notion (Project Management): We use Notion to build your custom client portal. The project briefs, brand assets, and feedback you upload are stored securely within the Notion ecosystem so our team can seamlessly manage your active requests and revisions.

WIX (Website Infrastructure): Our own website is built and hosted on WIX. If we are designing a custom WIX build for you, we may also process some of your site’s foundational data through their platform during the development phase.

Google Workspace: We use Google for our agency's email communications (like when you email us at hey@demsugar.co) and Google Meet for our video strategy sessions.
Legal & Business Transfers
In very rare circumstances, we may be required to disclose your information if requested by law enforcement or to comply with a legal obligation. Additionally, if Dem Sugar ever undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your project data would be transferred as part of that business transition, but you would be notified before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
