Cancellation Policy
At Dem Sugar, we aim to make your consultation booking process smooth and convenient. You can schedule your consultation via Google Meet up to one week in advance, with the latest booking allowed being 24 hours before your proposed meeting time. Our consultations are available from 10 am to 4 pm, with each session lasting approximately one hour. We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling options. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to one hour before the scheduled start time by contacting us via email or phone. Upon booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique Google Meet link. We recommend checking your spam folder if you don't immediately receive this confirmation. To ensure a productive consultation, we limit bookings to one consultation per week, and we ask that you come prepared to discuss the package you're interested in exploring with our team.
